Just a heads-up about the forthcoming 'Lakes International Comic Art Festival' in Kendal (Cumbria) in mid-October which looks really exciting and has an amazing roster of artists including; Steve Bell, Joe Sacco, David Lloyd (V for Vendetta), Stephen Collins (weekend Guardian), Carlos Ezquerra (early 2000AD - one of my personal faves), Jose Munoz (likewise), Gilbert Shelton (The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers), Posy Simmonds and a lot more . . .

We will have a stand at the event (as The University of Cumbria Comic Book Collective) and will be launching issue four of our very own 'Bagatelle', a magazine devoted to student created sequential art.
